Water is poured into Kurşunlu Waterfall from a height of 18 meters and 7 small ponds are connected to each other with small waterfalls. Kurşunlu Waterfall is inside a 2 kilometer canyon. This area was turned into a park in 1986 and opened to visitors. The waterfall and picnic area covers an area of 33 hectares. In the picnic area; There are landscape viewing terraces, a playground, a restaurant, a parking lot, and walking paths.
Highlights: The 586-hectare part was reserved as a Nature Park in 1991, as it has a unique natural landscape feature where healthy forest texture and rich plant community specimens integrate with interesting water and rock forms, and Kurşunlu Waterfall, which creates its important feature.
There are eastern plane tree, laurel, carob, wild olive, gum tree, willow and fig trees, singly or in small groups, in the area dominated by red pine. Myrtle, hawthorn, oleander, blackberry, wild rose, euphorbia, tamarisk, spruce, kermes oak, thyme, wild mint, record, fern and vines make up the forest flora. It is possible to see (above water) buckthorn, water mint, reed (in-water) water chandeliers, filamentous green algae, (floating plant) water lilies from aquatic plants.
Wild boar, fox, rabbit, squirrel, bat, hoopoe, woodpecker, dove, carp, turtle, dog, snake and lizard make up the fauna of the Natural Park. The distance to our facility is 37 km.
